Gabriella Volshteyn is a founder and a managing attorney of Volshteyn & Associates.  Mrs. Volshteyn founded the firm with a belief that clients deserve high quality legal representation while receiving superior individual service.  She has an extensive experience in analyzing and applying all the relevant law to deliver creative, cost-effective and practical legal and business solutions.

Mrs. Volshteyn has acquired a great deal of business, corporate, real estate and practice knowledge over the years to be recognized as an influential voice among her peers.  She brings that breadth of experience to her clients at every step of the process. She also guides her clients through the decision-making process as they determine which strategies will be most advantageous for reaching their goals.  A full-service transactional attorney, Mrs. Volshteyn provides strategic advice and assists clients in structuring the legal and business portions of complex corporate and real estate projects.

Prior to founding this firm, Mrs. Volshteyn has acquired valuable legal experience at the corporate law department of Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass, Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), the New York State Office of the Attorney General as well as the clerkship for Judge Edward Korman at the United States Eastern District Court of New York.  While attending law school, Mrs. Volshteyn was a Dean's Distinguished Scholar. She was also the submissions editor of the Journal of Law and Policy.  Gabriella is also a licensed real estate broker.
